Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, billing clarification, and claim submissions.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process tailored to individual circumstances.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving daily success by maintaining a strong work ethic and upholding agency standards.
- Collaborate effectively within the agent's team environment to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Prepare timely and comprehensive activity reports for the agent, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes.
- Remain current with product changes, technical developments, and ongoing licensing requirements through continuous education and training.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Active Life and Health insurance license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on clear written, verbal, and listening communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to learn and use computer functions and insurance systems effectively.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude toward collaboration and shared goals.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
