This full-time position allows you to contribute to the agency’s growth and success while providing valuable insurance guidance and policy support for customers.
Responsibilities- Establish and foster strong customer relationships, providing follow-up and proactive communication to ensure client needs are met.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim processes, and billing details.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about available insurance options and policy features.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term success for both clients and the agency.
- Maintain thorough and timely activity reports, providing updates to the supervising agent as required.
- Remain up-to-date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and ongoing professional education to ensure compliance and superior service delivery.
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and listening formats.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task efficiently within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving, with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing computer functions and agency management systems.
