Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) for a full-time position at our agency in Tucker, GA. This role is ideal for individuals who hold an active Property and Casualty insurance license and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the insurance industry. The Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate assistance, and ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impression on our clients. Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term success in the role.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to maintain compliance and deliver informed service.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required; Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
