We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service to every client.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, policy eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, billing, and transfers.
- Utilize needs-based review techniques to educate customers about available insurance solutions, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance options.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues or questions.
- Operate with a detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to accuracy in all service and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and long-term goals for customer service excellence and office productivity.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education related to the insurance industry.
- Provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to the supervising agent as required.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life and Health license (required)
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
