Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about a range of insurance options.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any evolving insurance needs.
- Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to success and excellence on a daily basis.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring clear communication and operational efficiency.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to ensure compliance and expertise within the insurance field.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Team-oriented with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing computer functions and software relevant to insurance operations.
- Ability to commute to the Huntington Beach, CA office as this is an in-office, full-time position.
