Licensed Insurance Agent – P&C, State Farm Experience Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Insurance Agent – P&C, State Farm Experience to join a successful State Farm Agent’s remote team on a full-time basis. This position is designed for an energetic, licensed insurance professional who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have recent State Farm experience, possess an active Property and Casualty license, and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of insurance operations within the State Farm agency model.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, foster, and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance products and coverage options.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and financial information.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and demonstrate a daily commitment to success and continuous improvement.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent to support agency operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in continuing education as required.
- Effectively collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience working with a State Farm agency (required).
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required).
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license if not already held.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
