Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through consultative conversations
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across all communication channels
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with current and prospective clients
- Maintain detailed, timely activity reports and communicate updates to agency leadership

- Adhere to confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive customer information
- Stay current on product changes, licensing, market trends, and technical developments through ongoing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active New York Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Prior State Farm or related insurance experience (required for remote positions)
- Experience with Commercial Lines, Life Insurance, and/or Medicare Supplement Sales is advantageous
- Holding Securities Licenses such as Series 6, 63, or 65 is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
