Licensed Insurance Agent – P&C, Life & Health Summary
- Full-time remote position supporting a State Farm Agent's office

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and follow up on leads to expand the agency's customer base
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based conversations with prospective and current clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance
- Establish and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about coverage, policy eligibility, changes, transfers, billing, and claims
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to the agency's success
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborate with team members, contribute to a supportive work environment, and assist with office operations as needed
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, and ongoing professional development
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Effectively multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
- Minimum one year of State Farm agency experience (required)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to outstanding customer service
- Ability to learn and utilize computer functions and agency software
