Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain customer relationships through ongoing communication and responsive service.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas by leveraging your industry knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements
- Current and valid Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain as part of employment requirements.
- Prior insurance sales experience, with a focus on Property & Casualty; experience with Life & Health insurance is a plus.
- Proven sales experience, whether in outside sales, inside sales representation, retail sales, or telemarketing, preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and relate to customers effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience with State Farm or other insurance carriers is preferred, but not required.
