Responsibilities- Proactively develop leads through various channels and schedule appointments with prospective and current clients.
- Assess customers' individual insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products and services to meet those needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up to address evolving requirements.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim processes, and billing matters.
- Support the agency's objectives by achieving or exceeding established sales goals and contributing to the team's overall success.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Active Life & Health license required.
- Experience in insurance sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated background in sales, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and provide a high standard of customer care.
