Key Responsibilities- Develop and qualify leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Market and promote a variety of insurance products, including property & casualty and life & health policies, tailored to individual client requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing timely follow-up and ongoing support.

- Current Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license are required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous.

- Strong motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and administrative tasks efficiently.
