Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to expand client base
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Deliver friendly, professional, and reliable customer service in all interactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
- Experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build rapport and effectively relate to customers
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
