We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team at Chris McCoy - State Farm Agency in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads and proactively reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments with clients to assess their insurance needs and present appropriate products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness of available insurance products.
- Contribute to achieving agency sales goals by meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license required.
- Experience in insurance sales is preferred, including roles such as inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals or quotas is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build rapport and effectively relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
