We are seeking a skilled and credentialed Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, Remote) to join a successful and well-established State Farm agency. This full-time opportunity offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining the high standards of customer service and professionalism for which the agency is known. Key Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, adhering to agency standards of excellence.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success by meeting and exceeding individual and team goals.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and potential clients, supporting agency growth and retention.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent, ensuring all actions are documented accurately.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and required continuing education.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with a State Farm insurance agency is required.
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty license is required to be considered for this Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, Remote) role.
- Arizona Life and Health license is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work agency office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- People-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and accuracy in work.
- Efficient in multitasking and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable with computer functions and digital service options.
