Key Responsibilities- Develop leads and actively engage in scheduling appointments with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs.
- Market a range of insurance products and services tailored to customer requirements.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, policy eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing matters.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and agency-wide sales goals and quotas.
- Experience in insurance sales is strongly preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possession of a valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license is necessary.
- Sales experience, whether in outside or inside sales roles, retail sales, or telemarketing, is considered advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential for building relationships and providing client support.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong ability to relate to customers and understand their unique insurance needs.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin/Korean are preferred, though not required.
