Responsibilities
- Develop new business leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs.
- Assess and identify customer requirements to recommend and market appropriate State Farm insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up and ongoing support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Support agency objectives by achieving established sales goals and quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Life & Health license preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related sales field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong ability to relate to customers and provide personalized service.
