Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services for clients in Elkridge, MD.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Utilize effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats to clearly explain insurance options and processes to clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently to deliver high-quality service and support.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required for the Licensed Insurance Agent role.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, either as an outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or in telemarketing, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base in Elkridge, MD.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills.
