Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred; experience in property & casualty and life & health insurance is a plus.
- Demonstrated sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is advantageous.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate to and understand customer needs.
- Property & Casualty license required, or must be able to obtain.
- Life & Health license required, or must be able to obtain.
