Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage leads to expand the agency's customer base in Las Vegas, NV, utilizing various sales techniques to schedule appointments and identify client needs.
- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies, ensuring clients are guided to the best coverage options.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships by providing consistent follow-up and proactive service throughout the client lifecycle.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, documenting details and actions taken to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Current Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health license is required or must be obtained within the first 60 days of hire.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales field (such as inside sales representative, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential for client engagement and service.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and effectively relate to a diverse customer base.
