We are seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in providing outstanding sales and service support, ensuring that clients receive prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance at every stage of their interaction with our agency. Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing ongoing support and regular follow-ups as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Market insurance products and services to both new and existing customers to meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to strategize solutions and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales is strongly preferred, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Possession of active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and relate effectively to customers.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales roles such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
