Insurance Account Manager Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Insurance Account Manager (Full-time) to join our team at Chris Bogue - State Farm Agency in Palm Beach Garden, FL. This key role is responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting the agency's sales initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs.
- Market appropriate products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance requirements relevant to insurance sales and service.
- Assist with policy changes, address billing inquiries, and process customer requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain a State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license, 2-20 General Lines license, or 20-44 Personal Lines license.
- Must have or be able to obtain a State of Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license within 6-12 months of hire.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relate well to customers.
