Insurance Account Manager Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and licensed Insurance Account Manager (Full-time) to join our team at Chris Bogue - State Farm Agency in Palm Beach Garden, FL. This key role is responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting the agency's sales initiatives. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring customers' insurance needs are met while maintaining the high standards of the State Farm brand. Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs.
- Market appropriate products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance requirements relevant to insurance sales and service.
- Assist with policy changes, address billing inquiries, and process customer requests efficiently.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license, 2-20 General Lines license, or 20-44 Personal Lines license.
- Must have or be able to obtain a State of Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license within 6-12 months of hire.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relate well to customers.
- Base salary with the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses based on sales performance.
