Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads through proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to both new and existing clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Follow up with clients as needed, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and performance targets.
- Active Property & Casualty license is required.
- Active Life & Health license is required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to effectively build rapport and relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
