Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring follow-up and ongoing support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help them make informed decisions regarding their policies.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily objectives and overall success for the agency.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, keeping the team informed about client interactions and outcomes.
- Remain up to date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health license (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
