Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, providing follow-up support as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Educate customers on insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help them make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily and long-term success within the agency team.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent to keep all relevant parties informed on customer interactions and service metrics.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
