We are seeking a dedicated and driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity at a respected State Farm agency. This position is ideal for professionals who are fluent in both Spanish and English and hold valid insurance licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health. As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and current clients to discuss their insurance needs and offer suitable products and services.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize your bilingual (Spanish/English) skills to communicate effectively with a diverse client base, ensuring clear understanding of products and services.
- Work towards achieving sales goals and quotas by utilizing your experience and knowledge of insurance sales in a consultative manner.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively serve a diverse customer base.
- Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required for this role.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, whether as an inside sales representative, outside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketer, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers and build rapport in a professional manner.
