State Farm Agency, located in Lakewood Ranch, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Bilingual (Spanish) Insurance Office Manager. We seek a detail-oriented professional with stellar customer service and collaboration skills to support our agency and community by promoting State Farm products and services.
As an Office Manager you will support our agency to continually achieve its goals. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:
1. Must have an active 2-15, 2-20, OR 4-40 Florida license prior to start date.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products

Qualifications:
- Florida 2-15, 2-20, OR 4-40 required (prior to start date)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Bilingual English/Creole a plus!
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in customer service required
- Experience in managing customer service preferred
- Experience in sales preferred
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in and manage a team environment
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
