Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads to expand the customer base for insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Market a variety of insurance products and services to meet the needs of customers, utilizing both in-person and remote communication channels.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, policy reviews, and personalized service.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and efficient support at all stages of the insurance process.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Active Life & Health license required.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English is required to serve the needs of our bilingual clientele.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields, such as retail sales or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
- Strong self-motivation and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and build trust through empathetic engagement.
