Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - Summary- Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
- Work as part of a collaborative healthcare team in a supportive and professional environment

- Monitor and assess laboring patients for progression of labor, fetal well-being, and maternal health
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals during deliveries
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families throughout the birthing process
- Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes according to facility policies
- Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in obstetric crisis management
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for mothers and newborns
- Maintain compliance with all relevant licensure, certification, and facility-specific requirements

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (as required by facility)
