Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - Summary- Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Work in a supportive, inclusive environment with access to continued professional development
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the labor and delivery process
- Administer medications and perform routine assessments as ordered by physicians
- Support and educate patients and families on the labor and delivery process, postpartum care, and newborn care
- Assist with labor induction, epidurals, and other procedures as required
- Prepare and maintain labor and delivery suites, ensuring a safe and clean environment
- Document patient care and progress accurately and promptly in medical records
- Recognize and respond to complications or emergencies according to established protocols
- Work collaboratively with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and pediatricians
- Facilitate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of one year experience in labor and delivery nursing preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
