The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations in a high-volume, corporate restaurant environment. This role ensures outstanding guest service, enforces operational standards, supports team development, and drives overall performance in line with brand expectations and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Lead, train, and develop FOH team members
- Manage floor operations and guest flow during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Execute corporate initiatives and daily operations consistently
- Oversee scheduling, labor control, and staff performance
- Monitor and report on KPIs and sales goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar management for seamless service
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of HOH management experience in high-volume, corporate restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling systems
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Food safety certification preferred
