Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory purchasing, food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes and standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a kitchen leadership role, with proven ability to manage recipes, supervise staff, and uphold food safety protocols.
- Strong skills in food cost management, inventory ordering, and vendor relations to maximize efficiency and control expenses.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate team members and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Genuine passion for preparing scratch-made food and delivering outstanding culinary quality to guests.
- Prior experience working in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments, with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
