- Perform residential electrical work as part of a vertically integrated, technology-forward team.

- Perform residential electrical work for heat pump installations and home electrification projects.
- Install and upgrade electrical panels, subpanels, disconnects, breakers, and circuits following NEC standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics for efficient project execution.
- Calculate electrical loads and ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards.
- Install smart thermostats and low-voltage control systems as required by project scope.
- Test electrical systems, identify issues, and verify operational safety across installations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in all work environments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently while prioritizing excellent customer service.

- Active state-issued Journeyman Electrician or Residential Wireman license (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential electrical service or retrofit projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Preferred: Experience with Energized Service Upgrades (ESUs) and hot service changes.
- Preferred: Proficiency in working with live panels, replacing main/subpanels, and installing HVAC circuits and disconnects.
- Preferred: Experience with smart thermostat and low-voltage system installation and troubleshooting.
- Preferred: Background in supporting residential heat pump or HVAC installations.
