Journeyman Electrician Summary- Responsible for providing expert electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations in both residential and light commercial settings.
- Work independently, managing a full daily schedule, while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Engage with clients to provide education, recommendations, and upselling of relevant electrical services and upgrades.

- Perform electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in residential homes and light commercial properties.
- Execute electrical work for remodels, upgrades, and new installations, ensuring all tasks comply with current codes and safety regulations.
- Educate clients about their electrical systems, discuss potential improvements, and confidently offer services such as panel upgrades and surge protection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company van, ensuring readiness for daily assignments.
- Independently manage workflow and scheduling to ensure timely completion of all service calls.
- Uphold the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction in all electrical projects.

- Active Journeyman Electrician license valid in Utah.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a licensed Journeyman Electrician.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in residential and light commercial electrical service, troubleshooting, remodels, and construction projects.
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners and clients to explain technical information and provide recommendations.
- Experience with residential service sales or similar roles is a strong advantage.
- Strong self-management skills, reliability, and motivation to work independently.
- Previous experience at a residential service company is beneficial.
- Personal hand tools required; company provides all major equipment and large tools.
