- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application incidents to ensure consistent system performance.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development within complex, enterprise-level application environments.
- Direct experience supporting applications related to public assistance programs (SNAP, TANF, Child Care, or similar).
- Strong ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Java application defects and system incidents.
- Experience analyzing system logs, application code, and data to pinpoint root causes.
