- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare IT implementations and network standardization
- Strong background with infrastructure upgrades and telecom projects
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
