- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects within healthcare environments, particularly those involving AI, infrastructure, governance, security, or connectivity.
- Proven track record of working with clinical teams or healthcare stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, clinical operations, care delivery, EMR/EHR systems, or patient workflows.
- Experience introducing and successfully implementing new technology or capabilities into existing clinical or business workflows.
- Advanced proficiency with project management software tools, including but not limited to MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
