Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through proactive account management and upselling of IT solutions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by assessing client needs and presenting tailored IT products and services.
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers across client organizations.
- Stay on top of industry trends and leverage this knowledge to craft compelling value propositions for clients.
- Handle day-to-day client requests, provide regular progress reports to the VP of Sales, and uncover additional business opportunities across the client’s operations.
- Remain informed about the latest technology developments and continuously seek ways to integrate new solutions into client offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in IT hardware and services sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical aptitude with in-depth knowledge of network security, data center solutions, hybrid cloud, managed print, and Voice over IP (VOIP).
- Ability and willingness to learn about emerging technologies and apply them to client solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to confidently present to large groups.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide consultative solutions to clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
