Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for IoT hardware, including concept, design, testing, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- Participate in engineering design reviews and prototype tests, applying your knowledge to evaluate technical solutions and product feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs and market trends.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to inform strategic product decisions.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the integration of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RFID, UWB, and cellular into hardware products.
- Ensure that product designs meet compliance, safety, and regulatory standards as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager working with hardware, IoT devices, or connected products.
- Experience with multiple wireless technologies, including but not limited to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RFID, UWB, and cellular.
- Familiarity with sensor technologies and connected-device architectures.
- Background in retail technology environments, with an understanding of technology deployment in retail settings.
- Knowledge of mechanical product development processes, including injection molding, materials selection, tooling, and enclosure design.
