Inventory Control Specialist - Summary
- Responsible for maintaining, tracking, and reconciling inventory records for packaging materials and finished goods.
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of inventory transactions, supporting overall operational efficiency and excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all packaging materials and finished goods.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and detailed inventory audits to verify inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by performing thorough research and reconciliation activities.
- Process all inventory transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity at every stage.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and support the maintenance of optimal stock quantities in the warehouse.
- Generate, analyze, and report inventory data using Excel and inventory management systems (WMS/ERP).
- Organize and prioritize daily workload to ensure timely completion of all inventory-related tasks.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve inventory control issues.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive inventory reports and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining inventory control processes and increasing operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in both office and warehouse settings.
- Perform additional inventory and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory control, inventory reconciliation, or warehouse inventory management is required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
