- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in endpoint engineering, device management, or Windows systems administration.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, provisioning, device enrollment, and troubleshooting deployment failures.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, system configuration, and application packaging (e.g., PSADT).
- Strong understanding of Windows OS internals, including imaging, customization, driver management, and OS lifecycle management.
- Technically skilled in Microsoft Intune and modern device management practices.
- Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for operational efficiency and security compliance.
