Internal Medicine Physician (IM Physician) Position Overview

Hopkins MD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician (IM Physician) to join our full-time team in Roseville, CA. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including annual physical exams, acute care visits, and ongoing management of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
• Develop and implement personalized health plans in partnership with patients, focusing on prevention, quality of life, and long-term wellness goals.
• Deliver specialized services, including weight loss management and preoperative evaluations for gastric bypass surgery, helping patients explore options for achieving optimal health.
• Educate patients about available treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies to promote long-term health outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals within Hopkins MD to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Experience in primary care and chronic disease management is preferred.
