Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating the user experience and functionality of our interactive media platforms, including both mobile applications and websites. Your expertise in quality assurance will help us ensure that our digital products perform seamlessly across a variety of devices and browsers, maintaining high standards of usability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing on mobile and web platforms to identify and document any usability issues or inconsistencies.
- Systematically record bugs, technical glitches, and user experience concerns, providing clear and actionable documentation for development teams.
- Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to communicate problems, feedback, and suggestions for improvement effectively.
- Verify that new and existing software features function correctly across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, trends, and recommendations for ongoing product enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with various mobile and web application ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a similar field is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, along with access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing activities.
