QA Analyst – Interactive Media Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Analyst – Interactive Media to join our remote team. As a QA Analyst – Interactive Media, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional user experiences by testing digital platforms, such as mobile applications and web interfaces. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing on a range of mobile and web platforms to identify areas for improvement.
- Carefully document bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear and systematic manner.
- Work collaboratively with development teams by communicating findings and feedback to facilitate enhancements.
- Verify that all software features operate as intended across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and accessibility.
- Generate and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports outlining test results, issues encountered, and actionable recommendations for product refinement.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured testing protocols.
- Comfortable utilizing remote collaboration tools and navigating modern app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, digital product evaluation, or similar roles is preferred.
- Reliable internet access and use of a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to perform necessary testing and communication.
