Quality Assurance Analyst – Interactive Media QA Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst specializing in Interactive Media QA to join our remote team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and usability of our digital platforms, including both mobile applications and web-based systems. Working remotely from Bakersfield, CA, you will be responsible for identifying issues, evaluating user experiences, and collaborating closely with development teams to help create seamless, high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for web and mobile platforms to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and issues affecting user experience with clear and detailed descriptions.
- Collaborate effectively with development and design teams to communicate findings, provide feedback, and help prioritize quality improvements.
- Verify that software features and interfaces operate consistently across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, issues identified, and actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow structured testing procedures and accurately record findings.
- Strong proficiency in using remote work tools and an understanding of various app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary hardware, such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, to conduct thorough testing activities.
