Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst). In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards for our digital platforms, working remotely as part of our dynamic QA team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst), you will be responsible for testing and evaluating user experience, app and website functionality, and providing valuable feedback to enhance the performance and usability of our digital products. This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios across both mobile and web platforms to ensure optimal user experience and interface functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points, providing clear and concise reports for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to communicate identified issues and contribute constructive feedback for product enhancements.
- Verify that all software features operate effectively across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring consistent functionality for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, observations, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and a strong understanding of mobile and web application ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Dependable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to effectively perform remote testing tasks.
