Marketing Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a leading organization as a full-time member of the marketing team. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the planning and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals. Responsibilities- Lead the creation and deployment of integrated marketing plans, encompassing CRM, digital marketing, social media, in-store marketing, and internal communications.
- Oversee the execution of marketing program elements, including the setup of promotional materials, close collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams, and consistent communication with leadership to ensure transparency and project alignment.
- Develop forward-thinking, seasonal marketing strategies in partnership with brand and marketing strategy teams, utilizing customer insights and market data to inform decision-making.
- Supervise the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process for seasonal campaigns, from conceptualization of the campaign story through final implementation.
- Champion the GTM workflow by proactively managing deliverables, tracking project milestones, and ensuring all stakeholders remain engaged and informed throughout each phase.
- Minimum of five years of marketing experience with a focus on multi-channel marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to create and manage complex documents and presentations.
- Experience in developing marketing plans that incorporate a variety of channels, such as email marketing, digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, in-store promotions, website content management, print materials, public relations, and creative production.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to diverse audiences.
