The Insurance Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting clients by delivering prompt and knowledgeable service, addressing insurance inquiries, and facilitating positive customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with insurance products and services.
- Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance options, ensuring clients have a thorough understanding of their policies and available coverage benefits.
- Maintain a consistent and positive work ethic, demonstrating dedication to daily success and a commitment to providing remarkable customer experiences.
- Support the agency’s growth by engaging in value-based conversations and promoting insurance products that meet clients’ needs.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring accurate documentation of client communications and service actions.

- A Property & Casualty license is required (or must be obtained as a condition of employment).
- A Life and Health license is required (or must be obtained as a condition of employment).
