Key Responsibilities
- Develop personalized insurance quotes for prospective clients and deliver compelling sales presentations to close new business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in networking activities to generate new leads and expand the agency’s client base.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and concerns effectively.
- Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, contributing to the agency’s ongoing growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (or willingness and ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish, Chinese, or Russian, to better serve our diverse client community.
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, reliability, and ethical conduct in all professional interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Comfort and effectiveness in generating new business through cold calling and networking.
