Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must be able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred, especially within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products for individuals and families.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities, are essential.
- Bilingual language skills are preferred and considered a valuable asset.
- Demonstrated success in generating appointments and opening new business opportunities from initial contact.
