Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new insurance business, building relationships with clients, and offering outstanding service throughout the insurance process. You will develop and present insurance quotes, close sales, and support clients with policy inquiries and changes. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and present insurance quotes to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of recommended coverage options.

- Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with current clients, providing timely follow-up and support as necessary.
- Engage in proactive networking with local small business owners, such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to expand referral opportunities and drive new business.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support for client inquiries related to insurance coverage, policy changes, billing, claims, and eligibility.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability and willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives, and the ability to communicate this effectively.
- Demonstrated history of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct in previous roles.
